pi/2 < theta < pi
Find:
cos(theta)= ______ ?
tan(theta)= ______ ?

side on x axis = sqrt (9-1) = sqrt 8 =2 sqrt 2
so cos = (2/3)sqrt 2
tan = 1/[2 sqrt 2] = (sqrt 2)/4
etc
