DMCA takedown requests
If you believe a visitor or registered user posted material that infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA takedown request. In appropriate circumstances, we may remove the content and restrict repeat infringers from posting again.
Please include all of the following in your request:
- The copyrighted work or works you believe were infringed.
- The URL or URLs where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your full contact information, including mailing address, email address, and phone number.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
What happens next
If we remove content in response to a DMCA request, we may attempt to notify the person who posted it. They may have the opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was incorrect.
As described in our Privacy Policy, we may keep copies of correspondence, review requests again later, and share them when reasonably necessary.
