A person standing at the edge of a seaside cliff kicks a stone over the edge with a speed of vi = 13 m/s. The cliff is h=37 m above the water's surface, as shown below. With what speed does it strike the water?

Vf^2 = Vo^2 + 2gd,
Vf^2 = (13)^2 + 19.6*37 = 894.2,
Vf = 29.9m/s.
