Balance The Following Equations.
_SnO2+_Ba(OH)2->_Sn(OH)4+_BaO
_Al(OH)3+_(HG2)3_Po4)2->_AlPO4+_HG2(OH)

SnO2+2Ba(OH)2->Sn(OH)4+2BaO

1Sn both sides
6 O both sides
2 Ba both sides
4 H both sides.
balanced.
You need to clean up #2. There is no HG anything and the _in front of the PO4 can't be. Finally, I seriously doubt that Hg2(OH) is correct. (Hg2(OH)2 perhaps?)
