f(x) = 2/x^2 = 2x^-2
f ' (x) = -4x^-3 = -4/x^3
f ' (-2) = -4/(-2)^3
= -4/-8
= 1/2
f ' (x) = -4x^-3 = -4/x^3
f ' (-2) = -4/(-2)^3
= -4/-8
= 1/2
