Thomas Jefferson won the election of 1800 due to his strong Democratic - Republican Party, Major support of the majority of the 16 states, and friendly help from the federalist Alexander Hamilton. Jefferson was able to win his election in 1800 due to the strong Democratic – Republican Party that he founded in 1792 with James Madison and was able to use the dominant political party to help get support from states. The election was in the hand of the states in which Jefferson had most of the support, but in the middle it was a tie and it was up to the Federalist Party (House of Representative) to choose the winner of the tie between Thomas Jefferson and Aaron Burr in which Jefferson had a friend name Alexander Hamilton to help him out from the Federalist party. Alexander Hamilton was the one that formed the Federalist Party and liked Jefferson more than Burr, so then the Federalist Party chooses Jefferson in which turns the tie to Jefferson be the winner of the seat for president. Thomas Jefferson was a person that had many supports from other opponent in which led him to winning the election of 1800 and making America a better place to live.
is that good? =)
How did you get the answer?
Thanks

To complete the square, you divide the number before the x by 2, square it, and add it to the end. The answer is d.
thank you for the articles.
I'm focusing on external communications in north america. Does the txt messaging article also refer to North america?

Explain your thinking. Use the digits 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 9 to write two money amounts that you can subtract by trading 1 dollar for 10 dimes. Then solve.
Hi, thanks your website was helpful.
I don't think armed police officers should be in our schools.
This is what i have so far:
"Although having police officers in our schools has proven a success rate in the decrease of violence and bullying, armed police is not a solution but rather an admission of failure to address developmental and emotional problems amongst our teens."
It still needs some tweaking. I feel that it's too specific.
What do you think?
In order from highest to lowest.
heptane, 2,2-dimethylpentane, hexane, and butane .
The solution seems to follow this pattern.
2 x 5 = 10
10 -5 = 5
5 x 5 = 25
25- 5 = 20
20 x 5= 100
Basically first number times 5, next minus 5, the next again times 5, the one after minus 5 Etc.

Does this fit your logic?
My thoughts were that tension must be halved in one sense or another, but I cant seem to get the math to work out involved, perhaps Im missing the equations entirely.
I think the 2a is meant to be 2 * a
Thank you
i still keep messing up, can someone give me a specific answer i can use as a base?
Hey just finished this question on mastering physics.
The velocity of a wave is defined as wavelength*frequency.
it is also defined as sqrt(Tension/(mass/rope length)).
Set the two definitions equal to each other and solve for the Tension and you should have your answer!
The Energy formula is (f(t))^2 dt over the integral from t2 to t1. However, I don't know how to utilize it in this case.
Hmmm. Still cant can't think of anything. Please help ASAP. :)
How can the LCD be 4x^2 when you have two (2x^2) as two of the denominators?
its maximum displacement is also its Amplitude. When an object is in SHM and reaches its A, its velocity is zero.
is there a formula i can use to determine the diameter of the ball or the percentage of size reduction? The ball has a diameter of 8.5 inches and is inflated to 7 lbs. at 0 depth
200 = .5gt^2
= 6.39s
y = .5gt^2
160 = .5gt^2
= 5.71s
160 = .5gt^2
= 5.7s
125 = .5gt^2
= 5.1s
For the height you can use these two formulas:
t=(Vi sin A)/g
H=(Vi sin A)t - (g/2)t^2
When friction is used to counteract centrifugal force, the side friction factor, f, between the tires and roadway is incorporated into the calculation for the superelevation angle. (the angle of road banking where friction is not needed)
tan@=[(Vt)^2-(f)(r)g]/[(r)g+f(Vt)^2]
(Vt)=vehicle velocity
(f)=friction coeff
(r)=radius of turn
(g)=gravity constant
If the road embankment is zero, set @=0 and solve for your friction (f)
Tangential acceleration is the instantaneous linear acceleration associated with the particle at distance (r) from the center of rotation.
thus
Centripetal Accel= (angular accel)(r)
You take -5 and subtract that by 17 which you get the answer 12.
Thanks
I keep getting wrong answer, its not the same as the book :3
I got 4x^3+8x^2+5x+1/(x-3)
Can

Is there suppose to be calculations involved? :|
Hi, Lucy, this is Matthew's mom, if you put the three corners together you would get 1/2 a circle or circumference. I hope this helps you.
So for #2 it should be 2Pb(NO3)2 → 2PbO2 + 4NO2 + O2
#4, maybe instead of SO3 on the products side, it should be SO4?
So, 4NaCl + 2SO2 + 2H2O + O2 → 2Na2SO4 + 4HCl
Well on the 2009 AP World history exam one of the essay topics is "For the period from 1500 to 1830, compare North American racial ideologies and their effects on society with Latin American/Caribbean racial ideologies and their effects on society." So College Board doesn't think that anything needs to be more specific.
That helps but I need a little more help than that...
Well, the thing is, the problem says that only one eggs is left over, but, four has three extra, and five has one extra... I'm throughally confused...
Can anyone help?
Oh, nevermind. Found it. The answer is 721 eggs...
1. A year on earth is 365 earth days so a year on mars would be longer.
2. 686-365= 321 days longer
321 days divided by 7 days in one week = 45.857 weeks longer.
16. n^2= number of orbitals
dE= -Rh((1/nfinal^2)-(1/ninitial^2))
Rh is a constant = 2.178E^-18
never mind, I figured it out.
THANK YOU I HAVE BEEN ON THIS FOR SO LONG
nevermind on 2), i would appreciate an asnwer to 1) though
but why the choice for ln?
crap, i screwed up writing my answers. Ignore them please.
#1 is p = 0.20k + 100.
#4 is correct.
Yes, I copied it correctly. I was wondering too.
Thank you for your help

4. What is the example of assonance in line 2?
5. Is there an example of assonance in line 3.
6. Is there an example of assonance inline 4?
There was no diagram to show me that. It was just this question.

In reply to Jennifer, her explanation is CLOSE to be correct. Instead of converting rpm to rps, convert it to rad/s and use that as the velocity. To do this, multiply the rpm by 2π and then divide by 60. Use that and the radius in the formula then divide by 9.8 and you got it!
x - 3y = 3200
y = 600
x - 3(600) = 3200
x = 5000
x/y = 12mths
sorry not 12 mths.
3200/600 = 5.3mths
No, it can only have one midpoint, because if it had two midpoints, then there would be two line segments! Also, if you add two midpoints, then thus creating another segment.

B) {7, 6, 5, 4}
C) {-7,-6,-5,3}
D) {-7,-6,-5,4}
Anonymous is wrong
a) E(Y) = λ t = (1/16)(16) = 1 star
P(X>=2) = 1 - P(X<2)
= 1 - [e^-1 + (e^-1)(1)/1!]
= 0.264
b) P(X≥1) = 1 - P(X=0)
= 1 - e^-μ
0.95 = 1 - e^-μ
e^-μ = 1 - 0.95
e^-μ = 0.05
ln(e^-μ) = ln(0.05)
-μ = -3
μ = 3
Therefore (3)(16) = 48 cubic light years of space
The formula will be
A=P(1+r/n)^nt
P stands for the initial amount invested, so P= 4000
R is the rate (.04), and N is the amount of times it is compounded per year (1). For example, saying "compounded quarterly" would make n=4.
T is, of course, time (3).
This makes the equation 4000(1+.04/1)^1•3
That means the solution is $4499.46, but we have to round, so just $4499
Thanks Reiny,
Ive had a look on wolfram alpha and seen the solutions. My problem is I need to show it using Maxima but for some reason Maxima will not solve my equation 9x^6 + 28x^4 + 51x^2 - 88x - 10 = 0.
So frustrating.
Bob (80 kg) lands with a resultant GRF of 1200 N at an angle of 80 degrees from the horizontal. What was his vertical acceleration during landing? If his vertical velocity at initial contact of landing is 3.0 m/s, how much work is required to bring his body to a complete stop? What is the vertical displacement of Bob's center of mass during landing? How high did Bob jump?
