The denominator of a fraction is 4 more than the numerator. If both the numerator and the denominator of the fraction are increased by 1, the resulting fraction is 1/2. Find the fraction.

d = n + 4

(n + 1) / (d + 1) = 1 / 2 ... 2 n + 2 = d + 1
