if a = (4b+1)
then second equation becomes
(4b+1) = 3b-1
1 b = -2
b = -2
then
a = -6-1 = -7
then second equation becomes
(4b+1) = 3b-1
1 b = -2
b = -2
then
a = -6-1 = -7
