A ball is thrown from a cliff. This is modeled by the eqn h=-5t^2 +5t+210

How long does it take the ball to reach a height of 60m?

I don't understand how to find this, please help.

if you graphed the path of the ball, time would be along the x axis and height would be along the y axis. Plug in 60 for your Y and solve the equation for x (time).
