oh wait nvm i see what i did wrong
shouldn't it be 1 * (x-3)^2 + 2x(x-3)^1 ? instead of 2x(x-3) * 1 at the end?
r(1+i)^-1 + r(1+i) ^-2 + r(1+i)^3 +...+ r(1+i)^-(n-1) + r(1+i)^-n r(1+i)^-n [ (1+i)^(n-1) + (1+i)^(n-2) + .. + (1+i)^2 + (1+i)^1 + 1] how did you get the (1+i)^2? and why isnt there a (1+i)^ n+3?
oh yea i did forget the r in my first sum thank you reiny i think i get it now
im assuming you replaced (1+i) with u right if so i thinki kinda get
imma assume you want us to just solve for x?
im not going to do it but ill give you a hint you need common denominators to add or subtract fraction so figure out what you need to do to both fractions to get same denominator
i didn't check number 4 but the others should be right
im sorry i didn't see the bottom part i take that back
you hvae math check answers on the title but you didn't even pick answers you just asking us to do your homework for you

same as apple problem just take your total number of ticket(22) and divide it by the number of ticket it takes to ride roller coaster(3) you can ride it 7 times and have 1 ticket left
just take 247 and divide it by 33 the answer is 8 i rounded it up beause the actual answer was 7.48

PEMDAS parenthesis, exponent, multiply, divide, add, subtract (these are the order of operation follow them in that order like bosnan did) he multiply the parenthesis by whats nexxt to it first and then added and subtract everything
bring y to the other side on first equation so that you will have x= y + 4 and substitute y + 4 for x in second equation 3(y+4) - 5 = 2 and solve 3y + 12 - 5 = 2 3y +7 = 2 3y= -5 y= -5/3 plug the answer for y into either equation and solve
what is your question
multiply everything in parenthesis by the number next to it -4p - 20p +30 = 22 -7 + 14p add common terms together -24p + 30 = 15 + 14p add 24p to both side 30= 15 + 38p - 15 from both side 15= 38p divide 38 from both side 15/38 = p
does the (1) and (2) mean your saying that is equation 1 and 2 ? if so this is what you do since equation 2 has x isolated already just plug 8 - 2y into x of equation 1 to solve for y and then plug the answer you get into either equation for x
so 8.26 would be 82600000. those wouldnt be o's though i just don't know hwat the number is
the 10^7 means you move the decimal 7 places to the right
this would be algebra not geometry and you just combine like terms like you would when you add any old numbers 5=3x + 1 subtract 1 from both side 4=3x divide by 3 from both side x=4/3
thsi is how i would do it lets say equation 1 will be -7x + 5y = -56 and equation 2 is -21x - 2y = -168 nothign can cancel out if you llok at the equation so what i would do is multiply equation 1 by a negative 3 that way the -7x becomes a positive 21x to
the velocity for this is a little trickier you have to figure out your final position and how far you are from your starting point and divide that by the time
for your speed just add your total distance traveled (26 + 14 +15 + 17) and divide that by 2 hours
average speed formula is total distance divided by total time average velocity formula is total displacement over time the two may seem like the same thing but they arent velocity is a vector so direction has to be taken into account (for example say you
that's the only one im doing for you cause you are clearly homework dumping
you have to convert to celsius first and then you can convert to kelvin c=(f - 32) times 5/9 (70-32) times 5/9 that is 21.1 degree celsius kelvin= celsius + 273.15 k= 21.1 + 273.15 k=294.26 degrees
i mean 1619 pages
21/100=340/x 21x=34000 x=1620
oh by the way since a=1/4 that means a > o meaning graph opens upward and the vertex point f(-7)=7 is a minimum point
sorry i didn't see that for some reason on your other post lol k i would rewrite this first equation a bit so it is in vertex form vertex form is written like this : f(x)=a(x-h)^2 + k to rewrite it in this form it will look like this f(x)= a(x-(-7))^2 +7 a
and it depends on which variable you want but im sure you can figure it out from here
times everything in parenthesis by 8 giving you 2x - 8x - 8y = y - x combine like terms -6x - 8y = y - x add x to both side -5x - 8y= y -y from both side -5x -9y=0
take (9/5) multiply it against (x/100) to get 180% and then move over 2 decimal place to the left to get oyur answer
its factor is (x -8 and x-24) set equal to zero and solve for x
multiply x - 16 by itself (x-16)(x-16) x^2 -32x + 256 = 64 subtract 64 from both side x^2 - 32x +192=0 factor or use quadratic formula
2.25 all you do to turn a percentage into decimal is mnove decimal 2 places to the left

what that means is that they want each bouquet have the exact same number of roses in them, and that each bouquet has to have the exact same amount of lilies ( like bouquet 1 cant have 2 roses when bouquets 2 only has 1, bouquet 1 cant have 6 lilies when
yea what reiny said
9 roses and 6 lilies all i did was divide both number by 8 to figure out how many of each will go in each bouquet
there many way to do this i liek to change it all to improper fraction first 2 3/18= 39/18 ; 5 3/12= 63/12 ; 4 2/4= 18/4 so you have: (39/18) + (63/12) - (18/4) and then follow order of operation PEMDAS(remember you need common denominator to add or
205/902 - 22/902 = 183/902 902 is the common denominator not 22 this is how i got it there is no number that goes evenly into 22 and 41( without a decimal being left) so i multiply (5/22) by (41/41) and (1/41) by (22/22)
oh wait correction i read it wrong you have it right sorry
6x^9 -36x^2 -35x^7 + 30 is what you should have gotten second equation using foil
you have to get a common denominator to add or subtract fractions
is the equaton suppose to look like this (x/2x) + 1 + 1/4 = (2/2x) + 1 ? if it is then what you do is simplify ffirst (x/2x) = 1/2 cause x cancel (1/2) + 1 +(1/4) = (2/2x) + 1 and (2/2x) =(1/x) (1/2) + 1 + (1/4) = (1/x) + 1 1 + (3/4) = (1/x) + 1 subtract 1
tan = -10 sqrt2/ -10 sqrt 2 becomes tan=1 which is 45degree
d(t)= 12 so you have 12= 12 + 3t -t^2 minus 12 from both side 0= -t^2 + 3t factor to get (-t +3 and t + 0) put them equal to zero and solve for t= 0 and 3 your answer is 3 because zero seconds mean no distance
