acceleration=m/s^2
Since centrepital force=ma=m(v^2/r), the units for force is
F=ma=Kg*(m/s^2)
If you square v, you get v=m^2/s^2, but the equation for centripetal force= m(v^2/r), where the units for r are in m's. So, if you plug in the units for v and r you get (m^2/s^2)/m. One of the units for m is cancelled out by the m from r and your are left with m/s^2.
