A. – 4 with multiplicity 2 and 4 with multiplicity 2

B. – 4i with multiplicity 2 and 4i with multiplicity 2

C. 4 with multiplicity 2

D. 4 with multiplicity 4

I think the answer is A, any thoughts?

look at it this way...

f(x) = (x^2 – 16)^2
= (x^2 - 16)(x^# - 16)
= (x+4)(x-4)(x+4)(x-4)

the answer should be obvious, trust yourself !
