    find the first slope.
m = (y2 -y1)/(x2-x1)
m= (9-(-3))/(6-2)
m = 3
y-y1 = m(x-x1)
y - (-3) =3(x-2)
y + 3 = 3x -6
y + 3 -3 = 3x-6-3
y = 3x - 9
