slope = m = (7-4)/(-5-0) = ...
once you find m, replace it in the equation
y-4 = m(x+6)
arrange into the form that you are familiar with.

What would (m) be?

Would M= Y-4/x+6??

m = (7-4)/(-5-0) = -0.6
Y = mx + b.
4 = -0.6*(6) + b, b = 7.6.
Eq: Y = -0.6x + 7.6
Y = mx + b.
4 = -0.6*(6) + b, b = 7.6.
Eq: Y = -0.6x + 7.6
