multiplying mixed numbers

4 3/5 x 2/3= 23/5 x 2/3= 46/15?

I am not sure it this is right I know that I can't simplify it, so I am thinking that it is 46/15

It is correct unless they want the number written as a mixed number and not an improper fraction.

You could divide 46 by 15 and that would be 3 with 1/15 left over.
thank you
