What are two mixed numbers so that the sum is 7 2/4 and the difference is 5

a + b = 7 2/4 which is 7.5

a - b = 5

2 a = 12 2/4

a = 6 1/4
b = 7 2/4 - 6 1/4 = 1 1/4
