R=KST, so K = R/ST = (1/6)/[(1/8)(3)] = 4/9
R = 4/9 ST = (4/9)(2)(11) = 88/9

U=KLH/S, so K = US/LH = (1.8)(-7.2)/[(6.4)(1.5)] = -1.35
U = -1.35(4.3)(5.1)/-2.2 = 13.457
