6x+5y = 17. P(-10,3).
m1 = m2 = -A/B = -6/5.
(-10,3).
Y = mx+b = 3.
(-6/5)*(-10) + b = 3
12+b = 3
b = 3-12 = -9.
Eq: Y = (-6/5)x-9.
