y = -4 x -1
slope = -4
so
y = -4 x + b
4 = -4(-2) + b
4 = -8 + b
b = 12
so
y = -4 x + 12
===============
b
(2-3) / (7+1) = (y-3) / (x+1)
slope = -4
so
y = -4 x + b
4 = -4(-2) + b
4 = -8 + b
b = 12
so
y = -4 x + 12

(2-3) / (7+1) = (y-3) / (x+1)
