It says to complete the square for x^2-4x-2=0
How do you do this? Please help.

x^2 - 4 x = 2
(4/2)^2 = 4
x^2 - 4 x + 4 = 2 + 4
(x-2)^2 = 6
x = 2 +/- sqrt(6)
