16x = 4y^2 + 12y + 1
16x = 4(y^2 + 3y) + 1
16x = 4(y^2 + 3y + 9/4) + 1 - 4(9/4)
16x = 4(y + 3/2)^2 - 3
x = 1/4 (y + 3/2)^2 - 3/16
