R -> R' shifted (2,1) by (-6,7) to (-4,8)
Just apply the translation (-6,7) to the other points:
(3,2) + (-6,7) = (-3,9)
(2,6) + (-6,7) = (-4,13)
Just apply the translation (-6,7) to the other points:
(3,2) + (-6,7) = (-3,9)
(2,6) + (-6,7) = (-4,13)
