V = Volume

A = Area of base

V = A * h

A = d ^ 2 * pi / 4

V = ( d ^ 2 * pi / 4 ) * h

V = ( 2 ^ 2 * pi / 4 ) * 24

V = ( 4 * pi / 4 ) * 24

V = 24 pi yd ^ 3
