expand (t+8)^2 , then divide each by t^4 to get 3 separate terms
(t^2 + 16t + 64)/t^4
= t^-2 + 16t^-3 + 64t^-4
now it is easy to integrate each of those three terms.
(t^2 + 16t + 64)/t^4
= t^-2 + 16t^-3 + 64t^-4
now it is easy to integrate each of those three terms.
