    The slope is m = (3 - 1/3)/(5/6 - 1/6)
= (8/3)/(2/3) = 4
(1/3) = m*(1/6) + b = 2/3 + b
b = -1/3
y = 4x - 1/3 is the equation, when written in slope/intercept form.
