The rpm first needs to be converted to rad/s, by multiplying by 2 pi/60
The angular deceleration rate is
[6500*(2 pi)/60]/2.6 rad/s^2
The angular deceleration rate is
[6500*(2 pi)/60]/2.6 rad/s^2
