Agreed on "multicultural language" but there are multicultural books, etc. For a child to be truly bilingual and not confuse the two languages, one person should consistently use one language while another uses a different language. When I think in French, I think of my mother who taught me but when I think in Spanish I think of my father who taught me that!
For that reason, some times I stutter in English!
