P.S. This is also why people who travel a lot, crossing the International Date Line, wear 2 watches. One is their "home" time and the other is the "time" where they traveled to. My husband always tried to stay on the "same" time schedule even if he was 9-plus hours off! It worked for him!

I agree that basically we suffer jet lag going from west to east. However, I've found that I don't have much jet lag when I go to Europe. I think I'm running on enough adrenalin that my body adjusts very quickly. It's coming home from Europe that gets me down -- but I believe that's because the vacation is over and I know I can relax and sleep more.
