Question
I have another question concerning (S) & (R) enantiomers of Limonene. How would I compare the physical characteristics of the (R)-(+)-limonene and (S)-(-)-limonene? I guess I don't get how I can determine the physical characteristics of (S) from (R). Would they be the same?
Answers
Enantiometers (of a compound) have the same physical properties except that they rotate plane polarized light in opposite directions.
