what are the direct object pronouns in the following sentence
Buena, hoy hacemos una ensalada de frutas, con naranjas, un melon y uvas. vamos a sazonarla con jengibre y menta. Aqui tengo las naranjas las he pelado y las voy a cortar en rodajas.

la tacked on to the end of the infinitve verb. Both of the occurences of las. Start to be thinking of to what these must be refering. What does a direct object do in English in relation with the verb?
