Condense the expression

1/2ln(2x-1)-2ln(x+1)
=
1/2ln(2x-1)/2in(x+1)
=
ln((2x-1)^1/2/(x+1)^2)
check my answer thanks

I would insert another line

1/2ln(2x-1)-2ln(x+1)
= ln ( (2x-1)^(1/2) ) - ln ( (x+1)^2 ) <---- do this first before ....
= ln [ (2x-1)^(1/2) / (x+1)^2 ] <----- you had that

so your answer is correct
and this line

1/2ln(2x-1)/2in(x+1)

is wrong. You do not divide the logs
