Generally,
1 litre of water = 1000 cm^3
1 m^3 = (100)^3 cm, since 1 metre = 100 cm
so
2 m^3 = 2(1000000) cm^3 = 2000000 cm^3
so the spa can hold 2000000/1000 L or 2000 L
