Find (f-g)(x),given the function f and g,f(x)=3x+4 and g(x)=2x-1 and f(x)=x-1 and g(x)=x-4

(f-g)(x) = f(x)-g(x)
so, for the first pair, f-g = (3x+4)-(2x-1) = x+5
now you do the other pair.
