f(x)=3sqrt(3x-3)-4
x=3sqrt(3y-3)-4
x+4=3sqrt(3y-3)
(x+4)^2=9(3y-3)
27y=(x+4)^2+27
finverse= 1/27 (x+4)^2 + 1

check my work.
