E = 1/2 kx^2
so plug in your numbers

if F = k x
then
potential energy stored = (1/2) k x^2
25 = (1/2) k (6.7^2)(10^-4)
k = (50 / 44.9) 10^4 = 1.11*10^4 = 11,100 Newtons/meter
