a = 10-3t^2

v = 10t-t^3 + C
v(0) = 3, so C=3, and
v = 3-10t-t^3

s = 3t - 5t^2 - 1/4 t^4 + C
s(0) = 2, so
s = 2 + 3t - 5t^2 - 1/4 t^4
