find the radius with the distance formula
r= sqrt [ (7-0)^2 + (0-0)^2 ]
r = 7
area = π r^2 = 3.14 * 7 * 7
r= sqrt [ (7-0)^2 + (0-0)^2 ]
r = 7
area = π r^2 = 3.14 * 7 * 7
