Question

The perimeter of a rectangle is 200 m, and its area is 1875 m^2. Find its dimensions.

i did:
2x+2y=200
2x/2=200/2-2y/2
x=100 -y

(100-y)*y = 1875
y^2-100+1875=0
y^2 - 25y-75y +1875=0
y(y-25)-75(y-25)=0
(y-25)(y-75)=0

length= 75
width = 25
