Is my answer correct?
6y^2-96/2y^2+18y+40

(6y^2-96)/(2y^2+18y+40)
= 6(y² - 16)/[2(y² + 9y + 20)]
= (6/2)(y-4)(y+4)/[(y+4)(y+5)]
= 3(y-4)/(y+5) : y ≠ -5, y ≠ -4
