Hallucinations involves sensing something that do not exist, e.g., hearing voices. The TV program does exist.

I would say B delusions: A person holds false beliefs they insist are true, regardless of how much the facts contradict them. Delusion of influence is when people feel they are being controlled or influenced by others or by unseen forces.
