I’ve tried to solve this problem multiple times, but I can never get the right answer. Can someone please help?

3(3/7)^-2 + 2/3
= 3(7/3)^2 + 2/3
= 3(49/9) + 2/3
= 49/3 + 2/3
= 51/3
= 17
