PE starting point= PE at top + Ke at top
mgh=mg(2r)+1/2 m v^2
but mg=mv^2/r or v^2=rg
mgh=2r*mg+ 1/2 m rg
h= 5r/2
mgh=mg(2r)+1/2 m v^2
but mg=mv^2/r or v^2=rg
mgh=2r*mg+ 1/2 m rg
h= 5r/2
