M*g = 20 * 9.8 = 196 N. = Wt. of body.

Fp = 196*sin30 = 98 N. = Force parallel to the incline.

Fp-40 = M*a.
98-40 = M*a, a = 58/M = 58/20 = 2.9 m/s^2.
