    7 is the hypotenuse.  4 and 6 are either opposite to or adjacent to angle  A.  Tangent is opposite/adjacent.  Use 4 and 7 to fill in opposite/ adjacent depending on their location.

You don't have a right-angled triangle , since
6^2 + 4^2 ≠ 7^2
from sinA = 6/7 , A = appr 59°
from cosA = 4/7, A = appr 55°
