I JUST NOW took the quiz and Trust Me is 100% correct...Scarlet also asked "In addition to the financial reward it already offers for the birth of new babies, what other steps could the government of Singapore take to guarantee its future financial security? ". My answer to this is: One way would be to pay for and improve schooling, causing more children to gain the qualifications they need to work and therefore pay tax. In addition, it eliminates the need for money to be given out to support people who are unemployed.
