    so the new equation must be
y = (-1/52)x + b
with (-4,0) lying on it
0 = (-1/52)(-4) + b
b = -1/13
new line:
y = (-1/52)x - 1/13

y = (-1/52)x + b
with (-4,0) lying on it
0 = (-1/52)(-4) + b
b = -1/13
new line:
y = (-1/52)x - 1/13
