24/36 = 2/3

(2/3)4 = 8/3 or 2 2/3

Since this is the eighth (or ninth) question you've asked this afternoon, it's your turn now.

How do you think you should solve this question?

I'll be glad to check your answer.

i thought of it like this: 36 divided by 4 is 9, so if i divided 24 by 9, i might get the answer. but i wasn't sure, so i asked.

If a student keeps asking similar questions the student needs to look at earlier replies and try to do the next one without help Jack. We can then check the answer but just telling the student how to do it time after time helps not in the least.

hey shoto, how’s your dad
I also thought the same as the person who did 36/4=9 and 24/9 would give me the answer. I wasn't sure either but it's the same answer either way.
