A recipe calls for 2/3 cup of sugar for every 4 teaspoons of vanilla. What is the unit rate in teaspoons per cup? Explain your answer.

(2/3)/4 = 1/x

4 / (2/3)

4 * (3/2) = 12/2 = 6 teaspoons per cup.
