Calculate the volume of an acidified solution of 0.02M potassium manganate that would be used to oxidize 100cm^3 of magnesium etanedioate.

I assume that is magnesium oxalate but I don't know that. Also,I assume you meant potassium manganate and not permanganate.
MnO4^2- + C2O4^2- + H^+ ==> H2O + CO2 + Mn^2+
Balance the equation.
