slope = (-9+3)/(-6+2) = -6/-4 = 3/2
y+3 = (3/2)(x+2)
2y + 6 = 3x + 6
3x - 2y = 0
y+3 = (3/2)(x+2)
2y + 6 = 3x + 6
3x - 2y = 0
